Test and Measurement

How we work

1. Defining the Test Case

   Together with you, we define the quantities to measure, the required sampling rate, the number of channels and the conditions of the test environment. We then build the measurement plan around whether the goal is performance testing or model verification.

2. Sensor and Hardware Selection

   We choose the right sensors for the application from accelerometers, LVDTs, strain gauges, load cells, piezo sensors, temperature sensors and laser distance sensors. Where high-speed data acquisition is needed, we recommend Elsys AG instruments and signal conditioners.

3. Building the Test Setup

   We assemble the test setup, preparing the sensor interface electronics, cabling and, where needed, mechanical mounting fixtures. If your test case calls for a dedicated test bench, we design and build it in our own workshop.

4. Data Acquisition and Software

   We configure or develop interface software that collects, displays and records the measurement data. Data can be sampled online or offline, with series calculations and spectrum analysis performed directly on the results.

5. Analysis and Reporting

   We evaluate the collected data using FFT, spectrum and time-domain analysis and turn the findings into a clear report. We then walk through the results with you and discuss how they should inform your design or production decisions.

Why Voras Ar-Ge?

The Voras Ar-Ge team covers mechanical, electronics and software engineering, so the sensor interface, test fixture and data acquisition software all come from one team. As the Türkiye distributor of Switzerland-based Elsys AG, we provide consultancy on high-speed data acquisition instruments. We developed measurement systems in our TitrAn and Desibox projects, supported by TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB and Teknogirişim. Since 2018 we have built test benches and fixtures in our own workshop, serving as your single partner from concept to the field.
