Voras Ar-Ge provides prototype manufacturing, CNC machining and welded fabrication from its workshop in Ümraniye, Istanbul, serving clients across Türkiye and abroad from design to finished part. Our machinery park includes a universal lathe, a milling machine, a saw, a custom-built 100-ton press brake, a CNC router, MIG and TIG welding and a bead roller for sheet metal forming. When needed, we also build dedicated fixtures and machines for production.

How we work

Design and drawing review
We review your CAD models, technical drawings or sample parts to confirm dimensions, materials and quantities. If the design is not ready yet, our mechanical design team creates a production-ready model for you.

Process planning
For each part we choose the right process, whether turning, milling, CNC router machining, press brake bending or welded fabrication. Where it helps production, we also design and build dedicated fixtures and jigs.

Machining and CNC routing
Metal parts are machined on our universal lathe and milling machine. Our CNC router performs 2D and 3D machining of plywood, plastics, composites and aluminum in a 1.3 m x 2.7 m working area, producing parts and fixtures.

Sheet metal and welding
Sheet metal parts are bent on our 100-ton press brake and shaped freely with a bead roller. Chassis, frames and bodies are joined with MIG and TIG welding, completing welded fabrication in our own workshop.

Assembly, testing and revision
We assemble the parts and test the prototype for function and fit. Improvements identified during testing are fed back into the design, and the approved prototype is prepared for small-batch or series production.

Industries we serve
Our workshop produces both our own products and client projects. Since 2017 we have manufactured Garuda Method equipment for exercise and fitness. Under the FreeWillys brand we make grille, body and chassis parts for the Willys MB, serving automotive restoration. Desibox, the measurement system we developed for logistics, is also among our products. Our references include Aras Kargo, Gamak and Türk Traktör.
