Bearing Puller
Designed and manufactured to efficiently remove large-scale, stuck bearings in one piece from long rotor shafts. It allows for the removal of the bearing in a single piece by expanding the contact surface with the outer frame and inner part of the bearing. Practical opening clamps minimize processing time.

Needs and process analysis
We study the task the machine must perform, the production flow, expected capacity, available floor space and safety requirements, on site or in meetings. By mapping the current process and its pain points, we agree on clear design goals with you.

Concept design
We evaluate alternative machine and mechanism layouts, comparing drive, control and operator interaction options for cost and feasibility. The result is a conceptual design presented for your approval before detailed design begins.

Mechanical and electronic design
Mechanisms are modeled in CAD and verified through simulation and analysis. In parallel we design the electrical and electronic system, control boards and embedded software, so the mechanical and control sides stay aligned from the start.

Manufacturing and assembly
Machining, sheet metal forming and welded fabrication are carried out in our own workshop. Mechanical assembly, wiring and installation of the automation system are completed under the same roof, with the design team involved throughout production.

Testing and commissioning
We test the machine with real workpieces under actual operating conditions, verifying its performance with measurement and monitoring systems. After final adjustments we deliver the machine and brief your team on its operation.

Industries we serve
Our custom machinery projects serve a range of industrial applications. Our hydraulic bearing puller, with 16 tons of pulling force, removes stuck bearings in one piece from long rotor shafts, supporting maintenance of electric motors and similar rotating machinery. Our programmable desktop wire bender is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses. We have also designed and built shelf automats, gripper mechanisms and our own CNC router.
